So I tried a WILD again just now and I went through the usual
routine of experiences. Relax my muscles, hands go numb, arms
feet start a little bit, everything gets warm, my feet start to feel
like they're sifting away in a breeze, the whole 9 yards. then when
I got into the pre-sp feeling ( heavy, a lot of pressure, etc... ) I
noticed my hands lifting up. My arms felt like they were literally
6 inches above the bed but I knew this was not the case because
I could still sort of feel my jeans on either thumb. Then eventually
my arms dropped back down to rest on the bed and then I felt
something else. It was like an insect as large as my fist latched on
to my throat where my neck meets my shoulders. It was a strong
tingling sensation as if this massive thing was trying to eat into
my neck. Then I though "hey, this is just a hallucination. Haha,
sucker, you can't do shit because you're not real!" *point and laugh*
It stayed for a while and I didn't really care then it started to go
away a little bit and I did a reality check which passed.

Was this sleep paralysis? Was there something I should have done
differently? I tried letting my body "float" of my... well... body, but
it didn't work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
~Wes
