I actually went through the strong sensation of vibration I was getting and came out onto the other side to suddenly have dream elements pop up in front of me. In this case, there was a bowl of chocolate pudding and a spoon in my hand (presumably because I had been laying down with my hand in a slightly open position in front of me, as if holding something). Conscious of what I knew about stabilizing dreams from previous DILDs, I decided to eat some of the pudding to try to deepen the dream by engaging the senses more fully... but bringing the spoon to my mouth made my hand give a feeble little shake and wake me up. My entire first WILD consisted of getting one taste of chocolate pudding.
My hand didn't move much, just a little, but apparently it takes some time for SP to kick in completely, or something. People experienced at WILD, how long should I just sit and watch the dream develop before trying to make any large movements?
