      Halfway there

      Hi,

I wake up at say, 8:00 on a Saturday, and move to my couch to watch TV/sleep again for 30 minutes or so. After about 30 seconds I feel like I'm flying into something at a very fast speed.

As any dreamer knows, this is SP. So I relax and go with the flow. Eventually the vibrations stop and I am no where. I continue relaxing but it doesn't happen again.

I apologize for the annoying question but...what am I doing wrong?

Hmm...You are doing the right thing by going with the flow. You need to keep your mind relaxed and allow yourself to fall asleep. Try not to pay attention to the fact that you are flying at super speed. Just go with it and act as if nothing unusual is happening. You have to, in a sense, submit to SP. Just let it do whatever it is that its doing (flying, flashing images, lights, auditory hallucinations, etc) and continue to relax into a deeper and deeper state. Remember, during this time your body is right on the edge or in the process of falling asleep. If you are paying attention/thinking too hard about the flying, you may be accidentally moving yourself toward breaking SP as opposed to falling asleep. Basically, you just lay there like a lifeless object. You are half interested in everything around you, but you don't care what happens to you. Hope this helped a bit. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask

      /\ What Yoshi said.

Also try and remember to do a Reality check after every WILD fail you have because you never know if you are actually just having a False Awakening.
