I am very interested in learning to WILD, but Im not having much luck. I think if I had someone who could specifically teach me then I would do better, someone to ask questions etc. If possible and you have the time (though it would only take like 5 mins a day to tell me what to do/ answer questions) I would REALLY appreciate it. |

I really don't believe the "rollover signal" issue so i'm not going to comment on that. No one can really teach you to WILD. They can teach you the basics ( which you can just find on the forum tutorials). Everyone is different. So what they tell you to do might not work for you. You have to experiment on your own and develop your on techniques. Thats why WILD is so hard to learn. It takes alot of time and effort. |

can you deild yet. it seems like the natural progression to me is to learn how to dild, then learn how to go back into a lucid in the morning from the end of the previous dream. then after that it will be a lot easier to do a full wild. best tip is not to waste your time trying it before any sleep and only try on a wbtb. |

On my first attempt I reached the sense of presence and vibrations and never felt the urge to roll over once. |

I think ignoring the roll over signal is just stupid. Whenever I get the urge to move during a WILD I do. Anything that feels uncomfortable when I WILD I fix, like swallowing or shifting positions. The idea of WILDing is to observe the process of falling asleep, if you are uncomfortable in anyway it makes it almost impossible to fall asleep. And someone said you should learn to DILD before you WILD, but for me it was the other way around. I had quite a few WILDs before I was having DILDs; it just depends on the person. As far as someone teaching you, that's almost impossible. Learning how to WILD is something that is very hard to put into words, it's just something that you have to learn by yourself through trial and error. Try during WBTBs and also whenever you randomly wake up in the middle of the night. If you wake up and don't move it is very easy to drift right back into a dream the trick is staying aware and not getting fooled by false awakenings. Good luck, keep at it and you'll have one eventually! |

1. Look in the wiki section of the forum they have a pretty good WILD tutorial there. |
