Thread: Simple HI/Hallucination question?

So I'm pretty new to this whole Lucid Dreaming things, as some of you might've guest by my plethora of topics.

My question is this; Is this HI? After laying down for a few minutes, I basically start so see swirls/patterns in the blackness behind my eyelids, but never people or places or anything. That's probably because I'm only a minute or so into WBTB (I use that with WILD) though. Am I on the right track?

I'm only a beginner too man, but yeah, that's the beginnings of HI.

Yeah, often times the HI starts out as simple colors/flashes of light. The further along in the process you get, HI generally will become more vivid and take form. A lot of people get stars and geometric shapes early on as well. Just try to continue to relax and allow yourself enter sleep.
