      REM sleep and WILD question?

I am pretty sure I know the answer to this question but Im not solid on it and would like to be clear so I dont screw myself up. I ALWAYS! well almost always ; ) wake up after my dreams, like every hour or so in the middle of the night after the first couple of hours. Usually if I go to bed around 10 fall asleep around 1030 wake up at 2:15 or so. Is this when I should start the second step in WILD? Thanks

Well, if you wake up and recall that you have dreamed, then your REM period has started. You can go ahead and start trying your WILDs now if you wish. Just keep in mind that the quality of REM sleep gets better as the night progresses. The REM periods last longer the further along in sleep you are. With that said, I like to start my WILD attempts after 4 hours of sleep, so I say go for it! Good luck to you and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Awesome thanks for the reply. When I went to bed after I read your reply I made sure to remember if I dreamed or not when i woke up. Every time I woke up (Usually three times), I remembered a dream. I am going to start writing these down tuesday-friday. But the weekends im just too tiered.

Awesome! Yeah, it is always best to right down your dreams whenever you get the opportunity. It will keep you from forgetting them as well as help with recall. Good dream recall will help out in all areas of lucid dreaming.
