Is possible to WILD without doing LD exercises in a while?

I stopped doing LDs since i got into the University.
i have too many things to do now, and at the end of the day i was tired to write my dreams on the Journal.

Reality Checks i just did in the firts 2 months, cuz i saw it wasnt helping me that much.
Now i do like one, two times a day.

I was thinking, can i do WILD having some experience with LDs, but not doing any exercises anymore?

      Probably, though maybe more difficult.
What exercises do you mean, though?
I WILD fairly often while during the day doing only a few reality checks, thinking about what I'd like to do in the dream, and occasionally doing short meditations.
      It's all in your head.

I know i cant LD naturally (DILD, MILD) without doing exercises.
      but WILD is different.

      You induce it.
      Is it possible?

I would like to hear more SERIOUS opinions.
      Not any cheap joke please.

That is just what I do. I do no reality checks during the day, do not do any kind of the LD exercises. I do not get spontaneous LD, but I hope they will come at some point after having had enough LD from WILDs.
I do get up in the morning about one hour more early, then I would usually sleep. Then I have breakfast and coffee, read a bit in the internet and go back to bed. Instead of my usual one pillow, I do use two and lie on my back. The extra pillow does prevent snoring sounds and choking on my own saliva. I usually do not sleep on my back and this helps me to more easily stay lucid. If I try to get this done without breakfast, I do get very twitchy legs, but in my usual sleeping positions I so far have not managed to get lucid.
Lying on my back I go through my whole body relaxing every part. Then I just pay attention to the feeling of my relaxed muscles and after a while it is more like I feel the energy body. Sometimes I can from this shift my awareness to dream state, but more often I need to get into a dreaming state. Then either I realize I am dreaming, or when I wake up from such dream it is actually a false awakening.
For this to work I need to get my mind also very relaxed, else I stay too alert. I usually start having LD after 60 minutes of relaxing and my sessions end after about 90 minutes as then I get too awake.

Even when I do not succeed to have a LD, it is very relaxing for the muscles, much more then during my normal sleep. Also I think it does develop my energy body, as it basically a meditation. By now I do achieve with this method almost everytime a LD, as long as I am not getting disturbed by people/noises. It took me about one year to get this high success rate.

So one needs to practice, but it is possible without the "usual" exercises.
