You just need to get used to SP. That way when SP sets in, you can just act as if nothing unusual is happening. You almost ignore the SP and just continue to work toward sleep. During your WBTBs, don't stay up very long before attempting the WILD. Make sure you are using an anchor that doesn't keep you awake. If you can't fall asleep, you can't dream. Just try not to worry about any part of the process and just try to fall asleep while staying conscious. Maybe you are over complicating things and trying too hard. Just be relaxed in mind and body during your attempts. Don't stress yourself over WILDing, or it will be difficult to succeed. I you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask! |
