      Unhappy WILD troubles

      im having trouble with WILDing, no matter what, i cant seem to trigger a dream, i either fall asleep completely before i even get the chance or an itch or muscle spasm ruins my focus when trying to enter SP, i know i can do it since one time i tried i actually saw a dream beggining to form, but something woke me up (i dont remember what)

      First things first. Do you incorporate WBTB (Wake Back to Bed)?

      its kinda tough for me actually, i tend to be a heavy sleeper, and i keep forgetting to turn the alarm on on my phone
