Do you have a phone? Most phones have a built in alarm clock. If disturbing people is a problem you might even be able to set it to vibrate. If that won't work you could try using the power of intention. It is possible to wake yourself up simply by intending to wake up. It will not be as precise or accurate as an alarm clock but at least it can get you up in the middle of the night.

Drink loads of water before you go to sleep. In the middle of the night, you'll wake up needing to empty your bladder. Either that, or your bed will get mysteriously wetter.

Autosuggestion works great for me. Just repeat to yourself "I am waking up at (insert whatever time 6 hours from now is)."

Alarm clocks are gd but waking up naturally is best. You can train yourself to wake up the same time every day by setting a alarm at the same time every day. eventually your mind will understand that u need to naturally wake up at this time you set for yourself. namaste

      alarm clock
      alarm clock on phone/ipod
      autosuggestion
have someone else wake you up
alarm on computer (task manager or something)
      drink a lot of liquids

most of those were already said though

the only ones that are surefire 6 hours are alarms....maybe autosuggestion.

Just think about before falling asleep, don't force it with autosuggestion if you don't truly believe that you will wake up.
      That's what I do.
