      Your favorite WILD technique?

So this website has about 10 wild technique tutorials. However because some of them are wiki entries they have no like/rating function. This makes it so no one can tell which ones work the best for people. So this thread is for people to list which ones they have had the most success with. King Yoshi has the most likes however most of the other techniques have no like function and therefore can't compete with king yoshi's guide. Of all the WILD tutorials which one worked the best for you?

Guys please post the name of the person who wrote the tutorial as opposed to the method. This way we can know what tutorial to use. For example if you use king yoshi's tutorial write "king yoshi's method."

      Moved to the WILD forum.

My favorite WILD technique is DEILD.

DEILD or the 3-second alarm method.

I'm more a fan of WBTB methods though.

There's no real method to a DEILD it's rather simple and I believe anyone could do it with very minimal practice. Only problem is you have to A. be lucid in the first dream or B. have trained yourself to wake up and not move.

Anything that involves visualizing and engaging my sense of touch and movement seems to work for me. They are all just variations of the same basic principles. Try them all, or make up your own.

I know! Let's vote on the best tutorials out there, and scramble all the rest. I say we combine the DVA into one big super class and let the best teacher teach. There are loads of tutorials because Lucid Dreaming is individual. You use the tutorials as guidelines and try to find a way that suits you. All official tutorials on this site has been approven by experienced people, and are all legit.

Thank you for telling me, I was afraid I was going to attempt methods that would not work. I did not know they were approved by staff.

Yeah, all the 'official' WILD tutorials, staff and user alike, were put up many years ago, but a lot of the really good ones never gained tutorial status despite their immense contribution to the field. Like this one, by one of the greatest LDers of all time (of all time), which breaks down the WILD into its fundamental pieces, showing that while LDing is personal to some degree, there are many things about the art that are constant.

Of course, that whole concept goes over a lot of heads, since the "everyone is different so we all LD differently" rhetoric is drilled into people's minds right from the get-go, and it's a hard thing to break if you don't take the time to think critically about what you're doing and analyze the details.

What he was trying to say is that there isn't a best method for anything, it's all personal.
