Hi Meta...I shall tell you what I do...If I wake I try to stay as still as possible and think of nothing but lucid dreaming. I have tried getting up for a while and then going back to bed only to find myself too awake lol, so now if I wake I stay in bed and repeat to myself in my mind " 1, I'm lucid dreaming ", " 2, i'm lucid dreaming " and so on..this helps to keep you concious as you are thinking about something, if I lay there and just relaxed I would be back asleep in no time, when I do it this way I begin to enter back into SP and hear the noises and as I do I stay relaxed, remember nothing can hurt me and repeat the mantra, I will then conciously enter a lucid dream, may take you a little while to begin with, but practice and patience will suffice, PM me anytime and good luck, keep trying it's all worth it when you manage it for the first time |
