At least I hit my REM cycle...

My alarm woke me up. I remembered a non-lucid dream before it, and did a few things, then went WILDing. I was just too sleepy and couldn't do it, so I lost my consciousness and got into another non-lucid dream. Both of the dreams were memorable and kinda vivid. (I wrote them in my journal, you can check them out if you want)

But, as the tittle says, I at least hit my REM cycle, around 6 and a half hours after I've fallen asleep. Any tips on how to have better willpower? When I am all tired and groggy, I don't seem to have any, so I just stopped trying to WILD... Eh

this happens to me sometimes too, the only real thing you can do to combat this, willpower, you gotta fight the urge to just go back to sleep and instead, get up go to the washroom and awaken yourself to the point of non-grogginess (usually takes me 10 minutes) and then go back to sleep. Theres no tips on willpower that I can give you unfortunetly, you just have to decide whats more important to you, 10-20 extra minutes of sleep, or a possible WILD ? I don't think that will be too hard to answer.
