This night I've slept only 4 hours, so when I came home from school I wanted to get some sleep and figured out I would go straight into REM because of sleep deprivation, so WILD it was.
Here's the problem, I got into SP pretty fast, then I started to get slight visual hallucinations and a little later auditory hallucinations, this is where I felt like I'm almost there, but I never crossed the border to the dream world, it just didn't happen. I returned to normal SP after this failure, kept lying still, got to the part with the auditory hallucinations again and still didn't slip into a dream, although it felt like I was so close. I was there, trying for 30 minutes, after this bitter failure decided to get up.
Has this happened to anyone, if yes, any advice? Thanks
