      Question!

I want to do a WBTB and combine it with a WILD, and I heard that I should sleep for a minimum of 6 hours to ensure REM sleep. But what if I only sleep for 5 hours every night? How long should I sleep before doing the WILD then? Thanks!

It should be at least 4.5 - 5 hours before attempting a WILD. So you should be ok with 5 hours.

      Good luck!

3-4 hours is best for me and for most of the WILDers who uses the same technique. But if you're saying that your avarage sleep was 5 hours long, try 2-3 hours after you sleep. But again 3-4 hours is the best when you sleep around 8-9 hours.

I normally sleep for about 5-6 hours before doing a WILD. But of course, it varies from one person to another.

You need more sleep, if you can't then taking naps throughout the day would be your best bet (I hear it's great for lucid dreaming) look up polyphasic sleeping - Polyphasic sleep - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
