I tried doing a WILD a few nights ago from "cold", that is, at bedtime, not in the middle of the night when it's apparently supposed to be the easiest. Anyway, I lay on my back, hands folded across my abdomen, and I lay still and relaxed for about 30 minutes during which time I began to feel as though my body was getting "detached". I could feel my fingers interlocked, but most every other part was beginning to fade away. I can describe the feeling as though my body were tiny. I tied to keep my mind awake, by reminding myself that I will soon be dreaming. But my thoughts seemed too busy, and while my body was relaxed, my mind was fully awake. |

Thanks! I'll look at the tutorial later today after work. I'm also working on DILDs and have had no success. My dreams seem to move at a high pace, and I never get the opportunity to do a RC before something changes and I'm back to square one. Dream incubation is another thing I've tried in conjunction with DILD. Shall do some more work, but it's not easy with a busy lifestyle, and little time for myself. |
