I don't know if this video was posted before, but it does solve two main elements that I've found to be a pain when doing WILDs.
The first part was the angling of your mouth, I followed that by using pillows to angle my head from reading other guides here on dream views.
Just the other problem is the jaw hanging and me keeping a conscious effort in closing it, which means I'm basically in "limbo" during the WILD attempt (after the WBTB from several hours of sleep)
This video helped deal with the second part, and I had some sound sleep because of it during my nap just now.
I know the video covered the first part you see in some guides, but the other advice to keep your mouth closed naturally without you having a conscious effort is the part that I think can really help in staying on your back while sleeping.
(If the video is blocked in your country, you basically fold a pillow, and then slide it under you jaw, which will keep it closed naturally without having to be too worried about it opening, drying your mouth and tongue, and possibly swallowing to mess up the process into a WILD).
Edit:
And if you use pillows to prop your head at an along, this adds on to making sure you swallow as little as possible (the sliding the folded pillow under your jaw part that is)
I'm not saying it's the only way to close the jaw naturally, I just thought it would help for people who want to sleep on their backs instead of tossing and turning until they find the right position.
This video was posted today, so it's pretty new.
Sorry if the video was posted elsewhere, I posted it on my DJ, my Workbook, but I felt it was worth the watch for attaining lucidity through WILD.
Didn't see any WILD posts with the video.
This may not be credible to some, but I tried doing it in a nap, and woke up in the same position on my back.
