That back pain is just back pain it seems here and not the roll over signal. The roll over signal is only painful emotionally. If you are completely comfortabe you will at some point get this urge to roll over. The longer you resist the urge to move the more emotionally painful it gets to ignore the urge. It is an interesting feeling. I have tried many times with WBTB completely ignoring the roll over signal to induce sleep paralysis. I have always fallen asleep before entering sleep paralysis.

I agree with mc. It's not so much painful, you just wanna move sooo badly.

Well... ultimately, it only happens because the body questions whether the mind is asleep or not, so maybe you were acting too awake and it really couldn't tell.

You just gotto persevere with it. It'll pass eventually.

Yeah. If it's a physical pain it will hurt. If it's a roll over signal it will just drive you mental until you go into SP or move.

The roll over signal isn't necessarily located on any certain point of the body. It's simply any urge to roll over or make any movement.
