getting to a dream from SP is really easy, your almost there. Next time you find yourself in sleep paralysis, don't move a muscle, just stay relaxed and keep breathing the exact same and just wait. As melanieb said, keep your eyes closed. Eventually SP will fade away, along with the vibrations/noises etc. Wait another few seconds with your eyes closed and then open them. Most often people will find themselves lying in bed and think that they woke up. But really if you reality check, you'll find that your actually dreaming and it feels just like real life so you couldn't tell the difference :p Good luck |

Feeling heavy or numb is not a sign of sleep paralysis nor is it a symptom associated with NREM sleep; that's just what happens when you stop moving for extended periods of time. |
