well, once i did it accidentally.without any anchors.i was just wilding and fell asleep, i began to dream, when suddenly i remembered what i was supposed to stay conscious and woke up in sleep paralysis. i tried to visualise beach, and begun to hear sound of waves, but then i just accidentally woke myself up. so i guess u have to set the intention to wake up. |

So, it means that intention plays a big role too in WILD (I forget about this) |

It's a very fine balancing act. If you too awake from the beginning, tell yourself to just go asleep normally, so you stop being excited. When close to falling asleep, start saying a mantra (you can start earlier, if you not too awake). Mantra should keep you on task, remind you what you doing. Simple mantra like "I'm dreaming" should do. |

I have had success with WILD and WBTB. |

Okay, I get the point of your explanation, so I just have to go to sleep as usual without any intentions to do WILD |
|
You should not think about WILDing only, if it makes you too excited and it would take you hours to fall asleep. Sometimes I try to trick myself like that, so I calm down. But I know, I'm going to WILD, and as soon as I calm down, I start with mantras and start paying passive attention to what's going on behind my closed eyelids. Hope this helps. Don't hesitate to ask any question, in the forum or via PM. Happy dreams |
