Not sure if this helps, but sometimes changing a position helps me not hear my heartbeat as loud as in other position. |

When I'm attempting to WILD, I've gotten so close the last few weeks. And I think I have the fundamentals down to a decent extent- I'm just in my practicing mode now and I know it takes patience. But I'd like to bring up my most notable hinderance to relaxing my body into sleep; my heart beat. |

We may guess that in dreams life, matter, and vitality, as the earth knows such things, are not necessarily constant; and that time and space do not exist as our waking selves comprehend them. Sometimes I believe that this less material life is our truer life, and that our vain presence on the terraqueous globe is itself the secondary or merely virtual phenomenon." H.P. Lovecraft

I believe you can turn it around and use this as an anchor, I get the heartbeat sensation occasionally for sleep spindles, if you focus correctly you will start too feel like your moving , and will help be an anchor as it actively sticks you into the deep water quickly, it will destroy your focus to try and ignore this sensation, you have to let it come in waves and just watch as they come, don't pay attention to what has happened, but more too what is happening |
