Need Sleep Paralysis Tips :)

Hi, This morning I woke up in semi-Sleep paralysis. My left hand felt like it had painless electricity flowing through it and in my right hand I had no feeling in it.

My question is how can I make the sleep paralysis paralyze the rest of my body? I stayed still for about 10-15 minutes after i woke, and nothing.

Read post number 4. You're only in SP if your entire body can't move. If you haven't had SP before on multiple occasions, you should ditch all hopes of possibly reaching it in order to WILD.

1. SP is not tingling or even painful tingling in one arm. SP is something when your whole body can't move and happens after you fall asleep.
2. SP is not something you try to reach, or experience, or get past on your way to WILD.
3. You DON"T NEED SP to WILD.
4. Please read WILD class articles, that will explain the whole process of WILDing in great detail.
