You can certainly start trying. But first please read this excellent guide to WILD. But, not for the reason you are mentioning. If your DILDs (dreams you are having) are not vivid, that's because you lack awareness. And without awareness, your WILDs will feel the same. Good news is, that this linked tutorial will tell you all about awareness. |

All successful people men and women are big dreamers. They imagine what their future could be, ideal in every respect, and then they work every day toward their distant vision, that goal or purpose.
It's best to have failure happen early in life. It wakes up the Phoenix bird in you so you rise from the ashes.
I tried other techniques for the first couple months of trying and only had 1 lucid in a dild. Then I tried Wilding and within a week I had 3 Wilds and have had a steady supply of wilds ever since. So definitely give it a try, everyones different Wilding might be easier for you |

" The mind is its own place, and in itself can make a heaven of hell, a hell of heaven "
Stabilizing helps you make the dream last longer and possibly more vivid and realistic. But if you say you were not fully conscious in a dream, that's not a matter of stabilizing, but your level of awareness. You can practice daytime awareness to be more consious and aware in your dreams. |
