So today I wake up at 5 AM so I thought well let's try to WILD (second attempt), I don't know I stay still and think about the dreamscape pf my next dream but it just doesn't get in and then I fall asleep.

There is more than one way to enter a WILD. Sometimes when you visualize (and you are good at it), dream forms the way you visualize it. But sometimes you don't get any visuals at all. Instead, you get either vibrations or some other sensations, or nothing at all. Please check here Sensations and types of entry to WILD. If you have any questions about the article, please post them in the thread, I'll be happy to help you.
