      Trouble trying to WILD during WBTB (regarding sleeping positions)

      So I have only ever had a successful WILD while laying on my back - but I have a really bad habit to sleep on my stomach if I'm not completely conked out physically and mentally. I know this is unhealthy in general, so any tips to break this habit? Thanks in advance

      Why do you consider laying on your stomach a bad habit? One of my friends only WILD and fall asleep on his stomach.

      But I guess the posture that helps you relax the most would be the most effective one though.

      I figured I could be able to do it, and I have been through paralysis while in my stomach, even having an OBEs once - but no DEILDs or WILDs. I don't know, I guess it may just be a mental block that I'll just have to break through, but I'm still curious as to how to change ones sleeping posture since sleeping on my stomach isn't great for spinal health, or so I've heard.
