So before i went to bed i said to myself that i would wake up after every dream and remember to DIELD, and i remebered about it, but only after i had moved after waking. |

I would say that the tingling sensation was some form of sp, and the best thing to do during it is to ignore it, stay still and focus on a dream scene. In this case you experienced a false awakening, so maybe you should start by practising rcs when you wake up in the middle of the night, so that in a dream you would realize that it isn't real. |

Hey Josh! HatsuneMiku01 has a point about ignoring the sensations. However, those aren't SP though, they're just normal sensations you get just like when you would do a normal WILD (since DEILD is a form of WILD) http://www.dreamviews.com/f79/sensat...y-wild-137332/ |

If you had a vivid dream before your DEILD attempt I would suggest visualizing that very dream with as much detail as you can recall. Good luck to you! |

I'm pretty sure I feel that exact same tingling sensation when I LD. I have only had one LD before, but it was because of some false awakenings, and when I realized that it was a false awakening, I felt that tingling sensation, which then turned into a LD. |

I had a DEILD almost exactly like that. I "woke up" in my room, in the dark. I got up and went out of the room, and did a reality check, because it was so realistic. I then proceeded to have a lucid dream, though it was a short one. Next time, just do an RC. Good luck! |
