Trouble with the wake induced lucid dream!

Recently I've had my first two lucid dreams in a short ammount of time, I've been discussing this on the IRC, but before this I was already interested in WILDs and only came close to one once! How can I... Stop my muscles from tensing when I'm reaching tipping point because this sends my torso into the air! Ignore annoying itches! Concentrate on the dream! Relax! Stop myself from giving up!
