Why are WILDs not pleasant for me?

Every time I fall into a wild I feel like I'm outside my body but still in my bed. Ill know I'm dreaming but it feels like my perspective is just getting thrown around. My whole body will be vibrating, i hear the sounds and I know I'm in the dream but ill randomly be gitting jerked around. Kind of like a giant is picking me up and turning me back and forward, on my stomach to my back, side to side. When this is happening I'm trying to think of the beach but no images, sounds, feelings are coming up. Only once did an image show up and it was a news story online that says "man dies from caffine overdose" (I'm currently goin through withdraw systems") I just laughed to myself in the wild because my sub continuous is just being an ass. I was 100% clear at that point so I wasn't scared at all. I just can't control anything. This happens for about 2 minutes or so before I get fed up and irregulate my breathing on purpose and wake up.

Not sure, but once I had this feeling as you say, being picked up, not thrown around, but twisted like a pretzel.

But when I feel the vibrations, most of the time I can stand up or roll out from bed and when I do that, I realize I'm in a lucid dream.

What do you feel before you are thrown around? Any sensations you could use to exit into a dream instead of waiting to this point when you are not in control? Have you ever waited it out? If not, I think you should try and see what happens.

Sensations and types of entry into WILD.

I always initiate the wild by rolling out of bed. This is where my wild starts. From there im either floating in mid air being thrown around, or im standing and being whipped back and forth. Picture being rolled up in a blanket and then someone ripping the blanket off of you causing you to spin. Thats the sensation i have. I have tried waiting it out but it never changes. Im just floating there in what feel like 0g, like im floating in space. If im completely calm i float and the vibrations are very minimal, but every time my heart races a little the vibrations get intense and the spinning/flipping gets more intense as well. Ive tried meditating in this state but no luck.

Hrm, I have never experienced any sensations like that after the exit. Not sure what to make of it, sorry.

What would happen if you waited to exit little later. Have you tried?

Maybe it's because your body is not into full sleep paralysis. you might be still awake somewhere inside of you. You need to relax a bit more.
      Hope this helps. Sweet dreams

If you're being insulted and get messages like "man dies from caffine overdose" a lot when you try to WILD, it might be that a subpersonality or a group of them is trying to discourage you from lucid dreaming. How many is "every time" is the question, because this condition is definitely not normal and wouldn't persist unless you have higher priorities to work on than lucid dreaming.

Last 3 wilds this happened. I could never wild for some reason until recently. I've had 9 total wilds in my life. The first 6 were awesome (had 3 back to back in one morning). These first 6 were different though. I got audio and then visual but no vibrations. I wasnt in my bed either. I would hear audio, of say a theme park and then id see a picture of a theme park. The last 3 unpleasant ones felt more like OBEs than wilds, even know they're essentially the same thing. I would just be in my bed rather than in a scenario.

Looks like you're doing great! Waking up in your old places, laying in the opposite direction on your bed, etc. all part of the game. As for WILDs being the same thing as OBEs I'd hold off with this conclusion. Before you get your own WILD style locked you have a lot more chance of getting spontaneous OBEs. Unless you decide they are not real.

Wait, what are you saying? That I am in an OBE and they're not the same thing as a WILD? I thought OBEs were just wilds when you project yourself in your bed.
