      Unhappy Sleep Paralysis Issues

Okay, so I know Sleep Paralysis is supposedly rare...but I have it almost every night. The only problem is, once when I was very young, I had a nightmare during Sleep Paralysis. So now I automatically get frightened when it happens and shake out of it. I've been trying to Lucid Dream with it but I've only been able to calm down once and actually do it.

Can someone help me with this because I want to go from Sleep Paralysis to a Lucid Dream.

      Thanks

I would suggest to follow a WILD (sageous) tutorial.
