Just wondered if anyone that uses the wild technique could help me out with a question I have about the technique.

While attempting to wild I use counting down from 100 to keep my awareness which I find helps me quite a lot. The only thing Im not so sure about is that when my mind starts to wonder from counting into some type of day dream state (If thats the right way to describe it) I force myself back out of the state and continue to count.

This can happen a few times throughout the course of my wild attempt. My question is, am I doing the right thing by forcing myself out of the day dream type state and continue to count or could this be the reason I keep failing at the WILD technique.
