      Incapable of WILD?

Okay WILD enthusiasts, I have a conundrum which needs to be solved...
Over the past seven days I have woken up naturally around 3-6 hours after going to bed. I make sure my mind is awake enough not to comatose back into sleep, and relax my body. After lying there in the darkness for a sufficient amount of time, I start to feel tingling followed by a heaviness throughout my body. I become more aware of my breathing but not so that i could be pulled out of my attempt to WILD. This then fades to nothing and I am left lying in the darkness for hours without having experienced any HI, sleep atonia or SP. Not wanting to lose any more sleep on what appears to be a failure, I roll over and go back to sleep.
I've read many WILD tutorials on here and to my knowledge don't appear to be doing anything wrong. Am I ? Or should i just stick to DILDs?

Here is one more tutorial you should read. WILD (sageous). You will learn that SP is not part of WILDing process. It explains the whole thing very nicely in easy to understand details.
You not mentioning for how long you have been trying, or if you have prior DILD experience. If you don't, starting with DILDs may help you.

      Good luck

What gab said, and don't forget that for WILD you need to actually fall asleep while being aware, not to stay awake, and not everyone experiences same sensations of falling asleep, i often transitioned into WILD almost without having any sensations at all, so don't wait for them.
