So yes, whenever I wake up in the night to do WILD I get to tired to even think about it so I just go back to sleep, so I'm thinking naps may be better for WILD, but will WILD even work during naps? Because I thought to do WILD you had to be near REM sleep, and afternoon naps are sort of far away from REM sleep (Atleast I think so) So...my question is will WILD work during naps?
