Aw, sometimes it just happens, i've had some problems with my sleeping schedule recently as well, but think positive! Keep practicing awareness, reality checks, WILDing, DJing and so on and i am sure you will have nice lucids, don't be frustrated, it will come. As for WBTB maybe try using different anchor that can keep your awareness better or try different things that can wake you up without tiredness, again, think positive and keep it up. 
Also if you have problems with distractions and noise, you can try earbuds and/or listening to white noise.
