okay so about wild,for it to suceed you HAVE to be in your REM cycle ? like use the WBTB method ? people say naps are good time for WILD too but you dont have 5-6 hours of sleep of REM in that time,how is that possible ?
also in the past few nights,almost every night i realise that im in a dream,i know i should'nt get excited about it and i dont,but i have really low control(atleast i think) i cant do rasengan when i try(technique from naruto) and the lucid dream i had in the past few nights are VERY short. how can i make them longer OR/AND have greater control over them when i realise ?Thank you.
