It all depends on how tired you are and how well practised you are. To WILD, you need to sleep, so your tiredness affects it a lot because it will affect how long it will take for you to go to sleep. It is different for everyone, and you will have to work out for yourself how long it takes you to go to sleep depending on a whole bunch of factors: stress, tiredness, comfort, temperature etc. It depends on your environment and your body, so there's not really a definitive answer for this.
