I've started a new schedule that involves a lot of sleep deprivation and a lot of naps. Naps should be the perfect time to WILD because my body is trying to catch up on REM sleep, but I have yet to have a single success. If I actively try, I either fall asleep too quickly or end up never falling asleep at all. I don't have the tiredness and mindset that comes with WBTB. What sorts of things should I teh specifically for nap lucid dreaming?
