Sensations like you describe do come just before entering lucid dream. Mind you, you can enter LD even if you don't get these sensations, or you get some different ones. |

last night I was doing a guided meditation for wild and i experienced a falling sensation (not in the way that would make you jump, it was more slight, almost like a sinking sensation) and i was wondering if this ment i was close to success because unfortunately it broke my concentration just enough to ruin it all hahaha :/ |

Almost all of my WILDs start with sinking through the bed. I think the first few times it happened by accident and it was a bit unnerving, just as with your experience. When I realized it was happening regularly, I utilized it as a sign and now can do it consistency. I think the best thing to do when you experience these strange sensations is to return to your breath. Your instinct might be to hold your breath or breathe faster, so you want to counteract that. Not with a very deep breath; you don't want to change the rhythm of your breathing. Think "just breathe" and maintain a steady moderate rhythm and just let the sensations happen and you will transition into WILD. The sensations are normal and can't hurt you. |

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.

Yes, the thing to remember is to expect the unexpected. Remind yourself that you're going to feel something new. You WANT to feel something new. You're going to feel some unusual sensations, both physical or emotion. But nothing bad can happen. So remind yourself to be curious and open to the new experience. |
