I am 15 years old ( don't know if that matters ) and im in my Christmas break for 2 weeks so i need to successfully perform a WILD before the end of the break. I go to bed at 12 every night and i am in asleep by probably 12 30. My alarm is set for 4 30 to wake me up in the night and i stay up till 5 then i attempt a WILD, however i cant even get to sleep paralysis and i dont really feel tired even though my body is very loose and groggy. Any tips or pointers to help me to achieve my second ever Lucid Dream? Also any good relaxation techniques would be great thanks! |
