This has helped me a lot with relaxing and letting the SP happen and drifting off naturally. While it's not technically a WILD it can lead to one if the timing is right. The way I look at it is it doubles the chances for me, if the timing is right I can have a WILD but if not this will help me greatly with achieving a DILD. I also take a couple supplements for helping the vividness and clarity of my dreams which also helps the chances of a LD, B6 and 5-HTP, sometimes Melatonin for REM rebound.

Thanks m8, I'll have a go at that next then . At the moment I'm just trying a whole bunch of techniques out after my long break of lucid dreaming but I wanted to try and see if I could pull off a WILD sometime. I haven't yet looked into SSILD, but it sounds pretty interesting.

EDIT: I just had a read through the thread you linked and that sounds really awesome! I can't wait to try that out.
