So in my last few WILD attempts, I've noticed a few things and wanted some advice from you guys who have done it. |

You could try and take advantage of it - make it into something else to help you stay conscious. Sivason has a really good thread about auto-suggestion, where you use sounds and feelings to help you incubate a dream. Here it is. |

I've read that thread and think it's incredibly useful, but not sure how I could translate this feeling. Unless I tell myself that like I'm in my dream and I'm being constricted by a certain object? Or something of the sorts? |
|
You could also try thinking about it in a dream sense - 'I am transitioning into the dream world', or somehting similar. |

Stare at the blackness of your eyelids. |

The bird breaks free of the egg.
The egg is the world.
Who would to be born must first destroy a world.
How long have you been LDing? |

Eh it's not a clear cut line, as I had one or two lucid dreams as a kid, but then got interested about 2 years back, and then got discouraged and took a break. I'd say about a year ago is when I had my first lucid dream after intending to do so, but I had about a 7 month break after that and now I just started seriously getting into it. I've had about 10 LD's in about 2 months so I'm hoping to keep on improving from here! |
