I have been trying to WILD recently because I woke up into SP and learned to overcome the "scary" side of it but didn't get to turn it into a dream. Of course I know you don't need SP for Wild but my problem is just getting to that mind awake body asleep state. All my life I've watched tv till I fall asleep for the most part so I am not good at falling asleep in general but I am improving. What happens is I lay down and a million thoughts run through my head. Yesterday I had very little sleep the night before so I was going to attempt to WILD in an afternoon nap and about 20-30 minutes in laying on my back thoughts still racing even though I was very tired. |
