      I m having problem doing my WILD

      Hello everyone, how r u, today I m here to tell u that, I had been a success WILD Lucid Dreamer from 2-3 months, But maybe it's an incident of ! month ago, I was trying to WILD and I got Sleep Paralyzed, then I was trying to get out and i did it, but even after that my one side was paralyzed and from then till today even after inducing SP I can't start WILD and today I went to sleep while I was trying, I took a long break for 2 weeks, also I used to have a lot of DILD, but now the number of DILD also got decreased, plz help

      Do you have anything you're focusing on while falling asleep, like counting or breathing? It sounds like you're easily reaching SP, which is the hardest part for a lot of people. Now you just need to fall asleep without losing lucidity. If you do have something to focus on, try putting a little bit less attention into it. Don't put all your effort into what you're focusing on; you won't fall asleep. Just keep it in the back of your mind and let your body/mind do it's thing.

      It can be a bit tricky, finding that balance, but you said you've had success before, so I'm sure you'll get it
