      Focusing On HI cause W.I.L.D to fail? / When to use anchor?

      Hi guys i've got a quick two questions?
      This morning i was trying to W.I.L.D
      When i've saw seeing HI i was focusing quite much on them
      After some time they just worned off and didn't showed up anymore

      Could it be caused that i was focusing on them and making them kinda my anchor?

      I'm not sure what should i use for anchor either
      Counting from 1 to 100 and backward caused me to be unable to fall asleep recently
      Or should i just start counting not from the very start but example when HI starts (I've been counting i guess since i've been in bed after WBTB then) or would better be little less focused on counting?

      Advices would be great
