2. Now go to sleep except be aware of your thoughts. Just see whats going on in your head. If you notice your thoughts becoming really random thats the key sign. You are close. If you start to see vivid images or any sceanary focus on it. Try to get sunken into it.
I really like the barebones tutorial, because I do believe that many tutorials out there make it too compicated and complex without realizing it which can be hard for newcomers.
I do have some input I would like to suggest

Once th HI begin to form scenes and images, a better way to put it rather than focus on it, is emerse yourself in the scene by imagining yourself there and integrating all of your senses one at a time. It is far too easy to get lost in a non-lucid by allowing the scene to continually evolve and shape around you. You really have to merge yourself into the very fabric of that scene. If it happens to be on the beach, imagine the warmth of the suns rays on your skin, smell the salt in the air, listen to the cascading waves crashing onto the soft sand and washing up over your feet. When you ground your senses in the scene you then BECOME part of the scene. I just think that people will have a better understanding of what you meant this way

I hope you dont take this the wrong way, I am by no means trying to be a know it all or prick for giving some advice Great tutorial overall! Keep it simple!
