Hi Guys, |
|
I'm back! Again? Uhhh..
But aren't you supposed to be very relaxed for WILD? How can you be relaxed when you're holding your forearm up? |
|
This is a technique used by Robert Bruce (?) I think for projection, which to me suggests it would work for WILD. I was doing this in the past and was able to get to a place of HH (just audio) with it. You might have more success. |

Yeah, Robert Bruce (according to him) used this technique to astral project for a number of decades. |

Itīs so boring and uncomfortable to hold your arm for so long, but if you are really determined yes it can be a really good tool |
|
Check your memory, did any suprising event happpen ? does the present make sense ? visualize what you will do when lucid, and how. Reality check as reminder of your intention to lucid dream tonight. Sleep as good as you can; when going to sleep, relax and invite whatever comes with curiosity. Grab your dream journal immediately as you awake and write everything you can recall (if only when you wake up for good). Keep calm, positive and persistent, and don't forget to have fun along the way
Maybe a variation would be possible like using something to prop up your arm to some degree? |

My LDing record, if you want to hear about it, is about 4 WILDs, 1 DEILD, and the rest DILDs.
