Hello everyone, |
|
Read the guide in my sig. |

There is no set period of time which you must wait until you WILD. I told you not to worry about sleep paralysis, that and hypnagogic imagery are non-issues. You will WILD when you're comfortable and sleepy enough to fall asleep but aware enough not to lose consciousness. |
|
Generally if I don't wild in the first 5 minutes I forget about it. Check out these threads: |

I agree w/ Sensei (though I suspect I give it about ten). Best to MILD (If you haven't already) and fall asleep after that. Only so many hours in the night! |

^^ Wow, guys, I don't think I've fallen asleep in 5 to 10 minutes in my life; I am definitely jealous! |

Sageous. When I go to sleep at the beginning of the night it takes about 15. It takes about 5-10 minutes, if I feel no wild coming, I will just mantra a bit longer and sleep and catch a DILD |
|
^^ Still jealous... |

However you cut it, WILD still requires you to make that delicate balance between waking and sleeping. If you try too hard to WILD, you will just stay awake. Too little and you fall asleep. You have to relax enough to almost fall asleep. |
