just a quick tip on dream-chaining

When you feel like you are being pulled out of a lucid dream, look upwards while keeping your eyes closed, I accidently found that by doing this, you can re-enter your dream and maintain awareness.

if you are good at lucid dreaming please give this a try as I have only managed to do this a few times.

      Cheers

Most of the time when I lucid dream and wake up prematurely I'm able to lay still and go right back into a lucid dream again. I can have two or three, sometimes four lucid dreams in a row doing this.

But for some frustrating reason, when I wake up from non-lucid dreams, I always move right away, making my dream recall more difficult and ruining an opportunity to enter a lucid dream.
      It's all in your head.

Hm yes, well I have yet to try this with a non-lucid dream. I imagine it would seem pretty impossible at first. Perhaps it can be done if one becomes lucid close to the end of a dream or get too exited when their first lucid dream happens and wants it to continue for a while longer. Stopping yourself from moving can be done when it comes to non-lucids -- you just need to train yourself a little more more I suppose. What I am proposing though, is a way to get back in while still being in the lucid dream but while you are still at the point of exit. This allow you the chance continue the dream without having to go back in after waking up.
