      Question Strange feeling while WILD, Pool of numbness

      So i have this weird sensation when i first tried to wild a few days ago. I feel my body getting numb and i start getting so relaxed that i sort of fall into this pool of numbness. It's really warm and fuzzy and so relaxing. But after a few minutes i start to have the feeling go away so then i try to grab onto it, but by doing that i wake up. Was that just noise?

      Hey there,

      As far as I know, that's the feeling of your body going to sleep. Its not something you normally experience when going to sleep, unless you're actively trying to remain conscious. Pleasant as these sensations might be though, they will wake you up if you pay too much attention to them (and they have a habit of drawing your attention). For me, to succesfully WILD, I have to be able to stop paying attention to those very sensations, while trying to remain conscious at the same time, so the dreams can start.
