So, I've learnt about lucid dreaming just yesterday night. I instantly got interested in it and spent a couple hours on doing research. So I decided I would attempt WILD that night. Here's basically how it went: I skipped the "sleep 4 hours then go back to sleep" phase cause when I tried to do it it was late night. So, started doing it and I didn't have any problem in staying completely still. After a while I started feeling my hands sinking into the bed. At this point I tried to focus on the back of my eyelids but I could see nothing, so I went back to just staying still and trying to keep focused on breathing. After a while I felt that even my arms were starting to sink, and part of my back too. Now comes the most interesting part of it. I felt some itchiness between my eyebrows, basically at the start of the nose. I let it pass like I let pass every other itch I had, but this one morphed into a wavey sensation pushing against my head. If you put your finger between your eyebrows and push you can feel what I basically felt, just that it was much more extended and intense ( but not painfull at all, I actually enjoyed it ) and the sensation was moving like a wave. After a while it stopped, and I went back on trying to see stuff on the back of my eyelids. Nothing. At this point I knew a lot of time passed, so I just opened my eyes and moved my body. Well, here I had a brief second of panic, maybe it wasn't even panic but "shock" cause from moving and opening the eyes all of the sudden ( stupid thing on my part, should have done it slowy ). Anyway I look at the clock and 1 hour and 20 mins passed. I actually didn't expect to succed the first time since I literally discovered about LD and WILDs 2 hours before doing that, but still I think that I should share my experience to ask for help from you guys. What did I do wrong? What should I have done?

PS: My parents were waking up around the time I was doing the WILD and they were making some noise and shit like that, maybe that's part of the problem?
