Pretty close to the same routine I do. I also use a snooze alarm at the end of the night 9 minute snoozes for 4-5 attempts. How would you describe what you are doing for the 15 minute part?
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

Usually I visualize and reset intention and push my limit of how aware I can be without worrying about needing to go back to sleep since it is near the end of the night. During the other ones I try to raise awareness and not awakeness, because I really don't want to lose a lot of sleep at night.

I love a repeating alarm at the end of the night but I can never do it since I have had young children since the second year of LDing for me.
